1. Refund & Exchange Eligibility

• Money Guarantee: We offer a flexible window for your peace of mind. You have 12–14 days from the date of delivery to request either a refund or an exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  Note : Refunds are applicable only for eligible products as per our return guidelines.

2. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

• Approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated to the customer.

3. Refund & Exchange Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• Exchange Delivery Timeline: Once an exchange is approved, the replacement/exchanged product is dispatched within 24 hours. You can expect delivery within 3–5 business days for metros and 5–7 business days for other regions.

4. Non-Refundable Items
